Cleaning Service Cancellation Policy At Cleaning Solutions , we understand that unexpected situations arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice Requirements: 48 Hours or More: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fees. Clients will receive a full refund or credit for future services. 24 to 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost. Same-Day Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. 2. No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to gain access, or if the client is not present and has not provided prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. A no-show will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. 3. Emergency Cancellations: In the case of emergencies such as medical issues or extreme weather conditions, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Cleaning Solutions. Documentation may be required. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointments without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. 5. Refund Policy: If the cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. 6. Service Provider Cancellations: If we need to cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be promptly notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
